Our story
He built Endala because he couldn't find it anywhere as a patient.
Elite sport had taught him that the body is a system. Economics had taught him how to build systems. But as he moved between Prague clinics — sports doctors, orthopaedists, internists — he saw that medicine doesn't build systems. It builds offices. A dozen specialists, none of them reading the whole book. Only chapters.
In 2008 — not as another office, but as one of the first clinics in the Czech Republic to do what the world now calls functional medicine. He worked with the first team for three years. Then Dr. Jan Vojáček joined him — a former league goalkeeper, a doctor from a family of doctors, one of the earliest voices of functional medicine in Czechia. The athlete and economist found a doctor who knew the same truth from the other side.
But the clinic alone wasn't enough. When Endala ran into laboratory diagnostics that didn't exist here, it brought them in from Europe and the United States — functional, hormonal, microbiome, environmental. When it looked for supplementation it could recommend in good conscience, it began producing its own. When it ran into photobiomodulation, it built REDLIGHT.DOCTOR and MYVIBE.DOCTOR. When it came to toxins in the home, it founded WASHIK. Always the same principle: if the best in the world doesn't exist, we build it.
Eighteen years. One question: would we give this to our own children? If the answer is no, it doesn't belong in Endala.
