2. Nature of the website

The website is intended to present the clinic, its services and expertise, and to enable contact or appointment booking. The information published on the website is of a general and informational nature only. It does not constitute individual medical advice, diagnosis or a substitute for a personal consultation. In the event of urgent health issues or a medical emergency, please contact the appropriate healthcare service immediately.

3. Appointment booking

By submitting a booking form or inquiry, you request contact or an appointment booking. Submitting the form alone does not constitute a confirmed booking or a contractual relationship. An appointment becomes binding only once it has been confirmed by the clinic. Users are required to provide true, accurate and up-to-date information. The clinic reserves the right to change, postpone or decline a proposed appointment for operational or professional reasons.

4. Provision of services

The scope and suitability of any specific service is always assessed individually with regard to the nature of the service, the client's health condition and professional judgment. The clinic does not guarantee a specific outcome, as the result depends on a range of individual factors, including the client's health condition, cooperation and other circumstances.

5. Prices and payments

Where prices are stated on the website, they are for informational purposes unless expressly stated otherwise. The current service price, method of payment and any cancellation terms are communicated during booking, appointment confirmation or in the current price list.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the website, including texts, photographs, graphics, design, logos and other elements, is protected by intellectual property law. Without prior written consent of the operator, website content may not be copied, modified, distributed or commercially used, except where permitted by law.

7. Availability and operation of the website

We make reasonable efforts to keep the website available and its content up to date. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or complete accuracy of all content. We reserve the right to change, restrict or discontinue the website, its content or any of its features at any time.

8. Third-party links

The website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, availability or operating terms.

9. Personal data protection

The processing of personal data is governed by a separate Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Rights and obligations related to the provision of healthcare services are also subject to the applicable legal framework governing healthcare services.

11. Final provisions

If any provision of these Terms becomes invalid or unenforceable, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The operator may amend or supplement these Terms as appropriate. The current version will always be published on the website. These Terms are effective as of 27 April 2026.
